1. Present Continuous -- I'm + -ing
I am sneezing.
I am spitting.
I am teaching him how to swim.
I am exercising.
I am working.
2. Future with 'going to' -- I'm going to + verb
I am going to sneeze.
I am going to ask him a question.
I am going to propose to my girlfriend.
I am going to hit this tree.
I am going to enter the mall.
3. Past Simple -- I + verb + ed / irregular
I just sneezed.
I answered the question.
I just hit this tree.
I just punched this tree.
I borrowed.
I just taught you how to take a picture.
I slept for five hours last night.
I spun.
I bent this leaf.
I found my leftovers.
teach/taught | sleep/slept | leave/left | smell/smelt/smelled | spin/spun | swing/swung | send/sent | bend/bent | find/found | lend/lent | hang/hung | hit/hit(不变) | spit/spit(不变)
5. 情态动词 can / could / would
Can you help me?
Can you skate?
Could you tell me where the station is?
It is kind of gross and a little rude.
You are not even going that fast.
give it back
Dude, that hurts my butt.
1. 'going to' -> 'gonna'
| I'm going to | "I'm gonna" | "I'm gonna sneeze." |
| going to | "gonna" | "It's gonna crack open." |
说话人把 I'm going to 读成 I'm gonna,这是最常见的口语连读。
在视频中几乎每次用到 I'm going to 时实际都是 I'm gonna。
| swinging | "swingin'" | "I'm swinging my feet" |
| balancing | "balancin'" | "I'm balancing on one foot" |
| kidding | "kiddin'" | "I'm kidding" |
I'm swingin' my feet、I'm balancin'。
3. 弱读:to /t@/ 和 the /D@/
| to /tu:/ | /t@/ (类似'特') | I'm going t@ exercise |
| the /Di:/ | /th@/ (类似'则') | Open th@ door |
| to the | /t@ th@/ | Go t@ th@ mall |
这是母语者的自然模式--功能词(to, the, a, of, and)都会被弱化。
例如:Explain the rules -> 实际听起来像 'splain th' rules
